Ole Andreas Danielsen
Principal Investigator
Danielsen is a political scientist specialized in public administration and presently works as a senior researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research, Oslo Metropolitan University. Danielsen´s research interests include institutional design, administrative reforms and multilevel governance.

Julia Fleischer
Project Leader
Fleicher is Chair in German Politics and Government at the University of Potsdam and Professor II at the University of Bergen. She holds a PhD in political science from the University of Potsdam.

Yuri Kasahara
Principal Investigator
Kasahara is a Senior Researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research, at Oslo Metropolitan University.
His research focus on understanding policy development and implementation in different sectors, as well as their political consequences.
He is particularly fond of applying different methods on his projects, and have recently been applying data science methods and machine learning in projects analyzing large amounts of text data.

Jonas Lund-Tønnesen

Rasmus Nykvist
Principal Investigator
Nykvist is an Assistant Professor in Strategy and Organization at the Department of Management and Engineering at Lindköping University and an Affiliate Researcher at Centre for Economic and Business History at Stockholm School of Economics. He conducts his research in the intersection between the state and the market, researching topics such as corporate political strategy and strategy in state-owned enterprises.

Simon Neby
Principal Investigator
Neby is Professor at the Department of Government and affiliate to the Centre for Climate and Energy Transformation (CET), both at the University of Bergen. His research interests are generally related to public organizations, governance and politics, including institutional change, accountability, reforms, coordination, capacity and legitimacy. Recurring themes in his research revolve around how particularly unruly societal challenges are handled, and the tensions that arise where both our understanding of the problem and the alternatives for solutions are unclear.
